The SEND Team here at East Coast College are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join them in providing invaluable support to both students and staff, and optimise engagement, progression, and achievement across our Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth campuses.
Key Requirements- Experience working with a wide range of learning and/or physical needs (SEND)
- Support learning in classroom, workshop, work experience, trips, and visits
- Flexibility to work across campuses
- Professional development qualifications: First Aid, Manual Handling, SALT
- Commitment to safeguarding and safeguarding procedures
- Minimum Level 2 or equivalent in English and maths, and ability to evidence this
