Since opening Shoreditch Grind in 2011, we've expanded across London with cafés, coffee trucks and a state-of-the-art coffee roastery.
Today, we serve millions of cups of coffee across London and the UK each year, and we’ve helped hundreds of thousands of people make better, more sustainable coffee at home.
You’ll find our coffee beans, compostable coffee pods and ready-to-drink coffee cans - in supermarkets across the UK and in hotels around the world.
Roasting hundreds of tonnes of coffee each year, the roastery is the heart of our coffee operation.
Our talented team sources coffee ethically, from sustainable farms around the world, and then roasts it every day in Bermondsey, south London.

Requirements
We’re looking for a Quality Manager to take ownership of quality across production at our Roastery in South Bermondsey.
Reporting into our Head of Operations and partnering closely with our Technical and Production teams; you’ll make sure everything we roast, test and pack meets the standards our customers expect, as well as the requirements of our BRC accreditation.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable spending time on the production floor, identifying issues as they arise and working collaboratively with teams to resolve them.
You’ll own quality control processes and reporting across the production journey, from raw materials and roasting through to final packaging and finished goods.
You’ll also support quality across our co-manufacturing partners, monitor Health & Safety at the Roastery and use quality data to identify trends, recurring issues and opportunities for continuous improvement.
