Our Bar Managers focus on the need for consistency and attention to detail when it comes to the classics, and assist in the development of new menus. As a Bar Manager of course we expect the usual stuff on a day to day basis; great service, consistency of all drinks and some quality shaking.To be eligible for this role, you will need to demonstrate confidence in leading a bar team in a very busy and high-volume hospitality environment. You must drive sales through training and managing the team, and delivering speedy service with passion at all times!
