We are looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing lifting and handling equipment from multiple brands. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service through technical knowledge and proactive customer interactions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and servicing of various lifting and handling equipment at customer sites.
- Complete daily service, repair, warranty, and inspection tasks to high-quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional conduct and a customer-focused approach.
- Respond to routine customer inquiries regarding the technical aspects of products and services.
- Accurately complete job-related paperwork in a timely manner to facilitate correct invoicing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve standard technical issues to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Continuously develop skills and knowledge related to the company's products and services.
- Follow all safety protocols, company guidelines, and regulatory requirements to ensure safe operations.
- Actively contribute to safety initiatives by reporting unsafe actions or conditions and participating in Safety Walks, Audits, and 5S events.

- External: Customers, dealers, and other third parties.
- Internal: Technical, Service, and Sales teams.
Requirements Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Mechanical/Electrical Engineering qualifications.
- Experience: Multi-skilled engineer with a background in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical operations.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer-focused approach, problem-solving aptitude and quality orientation, flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, self-motivated with enthusiasm and drive, proven ability to build and manage customer relationships.
- License/Certification: Valid driving license.
