Our client is seeking a CAD Technician to join their growing team based in Rayleigh. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual with strong AutoCAD experience to support the production of technical drawings and survey deliverables.
Alongside CAD responsibilities, the successful candidate will assist with quality auditing and data verification, ensuring projects are completed accurately and in line with company and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Produce accurate CAD drawings from survey data and field information.
- Amend and update existing drawings as required.
- Ensure all drawings are completed to client specifications and company standards.
- Carry out quality checks and audits on survey drawings and deliverables.
- Review survey data for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
- Assist with maintaining drawing templates, standards and document control procedures.
- Liaise with survey teams and project managers to resolve technical queries.
- Support the delivery of projects within agreed timescales.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Previous experience in a CAD Technician or similar role.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
