We are currently recruiting for a Bar Manager for a fine dining restaurant based in Harpenden. This is a fabulous opportunity to work in an Estrella Michelin guide restaurant. The restaurant is open 5 days per week with the bar open 7 days a week.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Understanding of bar operations, including inventory management and cost control
- Cocktail or Mixologist experience is an advantage
