We are currently recruiting for an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to join our Truly Talented team.
What we offer:
- £35,000.00 per annum
- Permanent, full-time contract (40hrs per week)

We seek someone who holds and enjoys maintaining high standards, with keen attention to detail. Experience within the luxury/boutique segment would be a real advantage.
The ideal person for this role will be a true epicurean – a food and drink enthusiast, who maintains a solid and up-to-date understanding of the restaurant and bar scene.
As a Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will ensure the smooth operational running of the F&B outlets in order to deliver an excellent and memorable experience for our guests. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and General Manager, leading and evolving the F&B operations at the hotel, driving revenue, ensuring that brand standards are met, and guests' expectations are exceeded.
You'll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you'll continually learn and develop.
