There is also genuine long-term progression available. As the business continues to grow its lending volumes and distribution capability, a strong performer will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and potentially progress into a senior sales leadership position.
Our client is keen to ‘promote from within’ which formed a large part of the role brief, so this is certainly more of a ‘career opportunity,’ as opposed to just another job!
