To assist adults (with learning disabilities) to live as independently as possible, supporting those we work with to achieve their goals.

To provide a direct service to adults with learning disabilities and their families/carers in line with the relevant legislation, council policy and procedures.

To work positively with other agencies such as health, third sector, housing and police where needed, to ensure an appropriate multi-agency approach and to support people to speak for themselves.

To support young people with learning disabilities to transition through to Adult Services.
