An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA/Administrator to join a growing financial practice. The role includes diary management for the companies partners as well as other administrative duties.
The Role:
- External Customer communication
- Answering incoming telephone enquiries
- Responding to email enquiries
- Arranging client meetings
- Diary Management
- Electronic filing of customer documentation
- Preparation and send of written paper customer letters and paperwork
- Update of customer records
- Assisting Partner with inbox management
- Internal Customer communication
Skills and Qualification:
- Experienced of working with MS Office
- Track record of managing multiple diaries
