The key tasks will be to prepare, negotiate and craft supplier/customer contracts.
The Role:
- Craft, prepare and negotiate supplier/customer contracts
- Review current supplier and customer contracts
- Carry out risk assessments on supplier and customer contracts
- Prepare and maintain contract templates
Key Skills:
- Solid awareness of commercial contract law
- Sound commercial awareness covering contract, cost build and budget management
- Experience and awareness of interpreting legal and regulatory aspects of IT/Telecoms commercial contracts
- Experience and understanding of Telecom and IT industries
- Good understanding of sales, procurement, and supply chain functions
- Able to identify, assess and interpret business and operational risks
- A good communicator at all levels, both in verbal and written form
- Articulate and a persuasive writer, including being able to demonstrate high proficiency in the use of the MS suite of business software
Remuneration: The salary will depend on the successful candidate, but the initial budget is £35,000 to £40,000.
