HR Generalists required for a London based company who are offering this great opportunity due to expansion.We are looking for target oriented individuals who are capable of self-management and motivation.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include supporting the company in improving and delivering everyday processes including Recruitment and selection; HR policies and procedures; Employee relations; HR administration and Training and development. You will be a main point of contact for HR and payroll queries.
The ideal candidates will have a great virtual presence. Be cheerful and smiley with good people skills. Be target orientated and able to demonstrate the ability to deliver international quality work. Have good persuasion and negotiation skills. Good computing skills would be a bonus.
Requirements
- A minimum CIPD Level 5 certificate and or degree in human resources management would be considered as an advantage
- Prior experience is favourable
- Available to start working immediately or by 1stDecember 2020
