HR Executive required for a London based company who are offering this great opportunity due to expansion.We are looking for a target-oriented individual who is capable of self-management and motivation. The successful HR Executive will earn £28,000-£28,500 plus bonus and 30 days of holiday per annum.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supporting the maintenance of routine operations and the smooth running of admin and HR functions.
- Recruitment and selection of candidates for senior and management roles
- Negotiation of employment terms and contracts
- Undertaking employee on-boarding, appraisals and exit interviews
- Managing employee Payroll processes
- Training junior staff when required
- Monitoring career development plans
- Maintenance of employee paperwork and records
- Employer representative at recruitment and community events
- Analysing and developing wellness, training, health and safety and culture programs
- Creation, development, maintenance and advising of all HR policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will have a great virtual presence. Be cheerful and smiley with good people skills. Be target orientated and able to demonstrate the ability to deliver international quality work. Have good persuasion and negotiation skills. Good computing skills would be a bonus.
Requirements
- Prior experience is favourable
- A minimum CIPD Level 7 certificate and or a Master’s degree in human resources management would be considered as an advantage
- Available to start working immediately or by 1st December 2020
