Job Type: Full-time and permanent
Location: UK - Central London, and international, with full remote working possible
Work hours: 9am - 5pm GMT, Monday-Friday
Customer service agents required for a London based company who are offering this great opportunity due to expansion. We are looking for a target oriented individual who is capable of self-management and motivation. The successful Customer Service Representatives will earn £22,000-£22,500 plus bonus and 28 days of holiday.
The ideal candidates will be good talkers. Be target orientated and able to demonstrate the ability to deliver international quality work. Have excellent persuasion and negotiation skills and good spoken and written English. Good computing skills would be a bonus.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Book and prepare suitable meeting venues
- Print and upload offer ads
- Answer calls and conduct telephone interviews, surveys or questionnaires
- Ensure client suitability through doing a thorough screening process
- Be cost and time effective when booking appointments and venues
- Manage and update database systems
- Ensure pre-attendance materials are sent in a timely manner
- Be available to answer questions with discretion
- Prepare analysis reports
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 A level or equivalent and or A CIPD Level 3 certificate would be considered as an advantage
- Prior experience is favourable
- Available to start working immediately or by 1st December 2020
