A position has become available with a leading and award winning independent agent based out of their branch in Harborne. This is a busy office and they deal with high volume lettings and due to this continued increase they are looking for an additional Lettings Negotiator to join their team.
The role requires someone with lettings experience ideally with knowledge of the Harborne and surrounding areas who can hit the ground running as a Lettings Negotiator. Hours are Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays.
Lettings Negotiator Key Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure within a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
- Accurate, numerate and computer literate
- A team player with excellent organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and car
- Exceptional customer service
