Lettings Coordinator - Birmingham City Centre - up to £19k basic plus commission (£22k package)
My client is a leading and award‑winning independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand located in the Jewellery Quarter area of Birmingham City Centre. They are looking for a highly organised office‑based Lettings Coordinator who has a background in Lettings and must be a strong administrator.
In this central role you will prepare pre‑tenancy move‑in files, tenancy agreements, referencing, transferring utilities, registering deposits and ensuring all tenancy paperwork is correct. You will liaise with tenants and landlords and support the rest of the Lettings team, all while maintaining excellent customer service delivery.
- Analytical person who can communicate well with landlords and tenants
- Ability to work closely with a team to ensure excellent customer service
- Strong organisational skills
- Quick learner who thrives on attention to detail
- Customer service skills essential
- Current letting administration experience
- Polished and well presented
- Computer literate
