About the role
Humphrey & Kirk are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator / Valuer to join a well-established estate agency in Coventry. This is a varied, client-facing role covering both sales and lettings across Coventry and the surrounding areas of Nuneaton, Bedworth and Hinckley.

Key responsibilities
- Conducting market appraisals and valuations for sales and lettings properties
- Winning new instructions and growing the branch's property portfolio
- Arranging and carrying out viewings across Coventry, Nuneaton, Bedworth and Hinckley
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales and tenancies
- Registering and qualifying applicants, matching them to suitable properties
- Progressing sales and lettings through to completion and move-in
- Delivering a high standard of customer service to vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants
- Keeping accurate records on the CRM and meeting individual and branch targets
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Sales and/or Lettings Negotiator or Valuer in estate agency
- Strong local knowledge of Coventry and the surrounding areas (essential)
- Confident valuation and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Target-driven, organised and self-motivated
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Working hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm (on a rota)
- A day off in lieu during the week for each Saturday worked, subject to business needs
