Key Responsibilities

  • To coordinate and manage the following aspects:
    • Documentation management system (ECC SAP 6.0)
    • Creation and routing of ECRO (engineering change record order) within SAP.
    • Routing and release of documentation within SAP
    • Documentation change process (CCF)
    • Control of documents and records
    • Documentation compliance SME.
  • Work with local stakeholders (production, Quality, engineering) to maintain procedures, work instructions and forms to BD requirements.
  • Control, issuing and recording of all documentation to the manufacturing environment and electronic document control SharePoint as required.
  • Train production associates on effective use of documents and document control requirements.
  • Management of controlled signage.
  • Generation and reporting of QMS metrics and targets set by local and global stakeholders.
  • Maintenance of SAP plant Bill of Material (BOM) for products and materials.
  • Conduct regular production documentation process audits to ensure compliance.
  • Guidance to production and office staff on Quality system setup and overall direction.
  • Support the change control process as required.
  • Management of approvals via DocuSign.

  • To be able to work effectively and competently with all associates at all levels of the business.
  • A methodical approach to work is required.
  • Flexibility to suit change in priorities at short notice.
  • To be able to use office 365 and other relevant software to a good standard with the ability to advise others.
  • The ability to feedback overall strategy on documentation control to associates wanting to make changes.
  • The ability to effectively communicate and negotiate timelines with local stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, decision making and communication skills.
