Role Overview:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless delivery of their programme events and exceptional day-to-day support. You will be at the heart of client engagement, building trusted relationships, coordinating logistics, and identifying opportunities to enhance value.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture a portfolio of client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.

Coordinate the delivery of both in-person and virtual programme events, ensuring a high-quality experience from start to finish.

Work closely with clients to understand their needs and programme goals.

Oversee event logistics and complete all related administration tasks.

Ensure clients receive outstanding service and pro-actively seek opportunities to strengthen and grow client relationships.

Arrange clients calls to identify needs, requirements and opportunities.

Monitor client feedback and implement continuous improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
Skills & Experience:
