An exciting opportunity is available to support a dynamic entrepreneur with a track record of building successful local businesses. This is a diverse and rewarding role, providing PA support across both business and personal commitments. We’re looking for an experienced PA who enjoys bringing structure, efficiency, and organisation to a varied environment, whilst maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and discretion. The client has a keen interest in offering this role career progression through skills based development. This is a hybrid role working 3 days at the office, 2 days from home.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle all correspondence including opening post, emails, and gate keeping phone calls.
  • Organise travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Support business activities with administration, project coordination and circulating relevant documentation.
  • Provide personal support, such as household management, family arrangements, and lifestyle logistics.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
  • Liaise professionally with colleagues across the group of companies.
  • Anticipate needs, resolve problems proactively, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Proven experience in a PA/EA or similar role.
  • Experience of supporting both personal and business commitments.
  • Confident working with Microsoft packages including Word, Outlook and Powerpoint.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
