A brillant opportunity based in the centre of Henley-on-Thames this company are looking for a Temporary Personal Assistant for the next month. They are looking someone to start ASAP.
100% Office based
Duties will include:
β’ Extensive diary and travel management
β’ Preempting needs of the Director proactively
β’ Meeting and greeting senior stakeholders
β’ Preparing reports, agendas and meeting proposals
β’ Taking minutes during meetings
β’ Acting as a point of contact for internal and external queries
Required Skills and Experience:
β’ Previous experience - supporting Senior Management
β’ Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively
β’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
