A brillant opportunity based in the centre of Henley-on-Thames this company are looking for a Temporary Personal Assistant for the next month. They are looking someone to start ASAP.

100% Office based

Duties will include:
β€’ Extensive diary and travel management
β€’ Preempting needs of the Director proactively
β€’ Meeting and greeting senior stakeholders
β€’ Preparing reports, agendas and meeting proposals
β€’ Taking minutes during meetings
β€’ Acting as a point of contact for internal and external queries

Required Skills and Experience:

β€’ Previous experience - supporting Senior Management
β€’ Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively
β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
