With 13 beautifully appointed rooms and visually stunning food with vibrant organic seasonal ingredients from Daylesford Farm, The Bell combines comforting dishes with culinary flair . Deeply rooted in the community, it regularly hosts events and workshops in collaboration with local organisations.
Under the guidance of Nathan Walker-Unwin —an integral figure in the opening of two acclaimed Daylesford pubs—The Bell fosters a culture where every team member is valued and every guest is welcomed like family .
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our team continues to grow, we’re on the lookout for a passionate Bartender to join us and help elevate our drinks offering.
You will be a core member of delivering our bespoke range of handcrafted, artisanal cocktails – made with the freshest, seasonal ingredients to our guests, particularly in our stunning beer garden – a favourite spot for locals and visitors alike.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a calm, guest-focused environment and enjoys creating memorable experiences through warm hospitality.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Crafting and serving a wide range of beverages, from classic cocktails to local ales and seasonal specials .

Bringing creativity and flair to our drinks menu, with opportunities to suggest new ideas and seasonal offerings.

Creating memorable guest experiences through friendly, attentive service.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.

Supporting the team during busy service periods and contributing to a positive working environment.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

A genuine passion for drinks, hospitality, and customer service.
