Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop executive-level client relationships, including engagement with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Lead complex ICT managed services and transformation programmes, ensuring high performance and service excellence.
- Take full P&L responsibility, driving profitability and identifying growth opportunities within the contract.
- Provide leadership to a large, multi-disciplinary and geographically dispersed team.
- Shape and evolve service delivery in line with changing digital strategies and public sector priorities.

- Proven executive leadership experience in large-scale ICT managed services and digital transformation.
- Strong track record working within public sector or government environments (ideally local authority).
