A senior leadership opportunity with a leading global technology and consulting organisation, supporting a flagship public sector partnership during a significant phase of digital transformation. This is a high-impact, executive-level role with full accountability for a large-scale ICT managed service, including strategic direction, operational delivery, and long-term growth. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders to shape and deliver modern, resilient, citizen-focused digital services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop executive-level client relationships, including engagement with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Lead complex ICT managed services and transformation programmes, ensuring high performance and service excellence.
  • Take full P&L responsibility, driving profitability and identifying growth opportunities within the contract.
  • Provide leadership to a large, multi-disciplinary and geographically dispersed team.
  • Shape and evolve service delivery in line with changing digital strategies and public sector priorities.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven executive leadership experience in large-scale ICT managed services and digital transformation.
  • Strong track record working within public sector or government environments (ideally local authority).
  • Commercially astute with experience managing significant P&L and long-term contracts.
  • Highly credible stakeholder manager, comfortable operating at senior executive and political levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams through complex transformation programmes.

Location: Central Scotland (hybrid working model)
