We are working with a successful and growing hospitality business that is looking for a creative and ambitious Marketing Executive who understands hospitality first-hand. This could be from working in a bar, restaurant or hotel or from doing the marketing for one - or a group. This is a fully remote role with one or two days a month spent at their Head Office just outside London and other occasional travel to sites across the UK. The business is at a really exciting stage of its development and this is a perfect opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and a couple of years' marketing experience to step into a role that will allow them to work across all channels and play their part in mapping out the next few years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Create content for social media, email, websites and print
  • Manage social media calendars, scheduling and engagement
  • Support email campaigns from planning to reporting
  • Produce promotional materials such as menus, flyers and banners
  • Work with internal teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Track campaign performance and share results
  • Bring fresh ideas by keeping up with industry trends
  • Attend weekly meetings at Head Office

Your Background:

  • At least two years' experience in hospitality either working in a restaurant, bar or hotel or doing the marketing for one
  • Strong digital skills across social media and email - camera and editing skills a real plus!
  • Confident copywriter with good attention to detail
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable working remotely with flexibility for occasional travel
  • Driving License
