We're thrilled to be partnering with a highly respected and well-established contractor renowned for delivering exceptional commercial and residential projects. As the company continues to grow and innovate, they are now seeking a Marketing & Communications Executive to join their dynamic team at their brand-new offices in Uxbridge, London. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and motivated individual to play a key role in shaping the brand's visual and digital presence.

In this multifaceted role, you'll be responsible for producing high-impact marketing materials - from brochures and catalogues to advertising assets, and engaging web and social media content. You'll be hands-on with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, and ideally bring experience from a similar industry or fast-paced creative environment. If you can demonstrate strong design flair and a proactive attitude, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Designing marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, digital campaigns, and video content
  • Creating engaging social media content and managing its distribution across platforms
  • Supporting the business development team with tailored marketing materials
  • Enhancing the company's online presence and engagement
  • Working collaboratively within a friendly and supportive team
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital and print
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Experience creating content for web, social media, and marketing campaigns
  • A team player with a creative mindset and excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience in the construction, property, or a related industry is a plus
