Looking for an Account Management role with real purpose? We are working with a unique organisation whose commercial partnerships help fund services that protect communities, support crime prevention initiatives, and make a genuine difference across the UK.

About the Partnerships & Account Manager position

Working with a portfolio of partners spanning major brands, retailers, public sector organisations and government bodies, you will build trusted relationships, understand partner needs and identify opportunities to enhance and grow the services they use. This is not a commission-driven sales role. It is about partnership, collaboration and becoming a trusted advisor to your clients.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of existing partner accounts
  • Building strong, long-term stakeholder relationships
  • Identifying opportunities to expand and enhance services
  • Supporting contract renewals and partnership growth
  • Producing reports, insights and evaluations for partners
  • Working closely with Operations, Marketing and Data teams to deliver outstanding service

About you:

  • Previous Account Management, Client Relationship or Partnership Management experience
  • A natural communicator who enjoys building relationships
  • Commercially aware with the ability to spot opportunities for account growth
  • Curious, proactive and keen to learn
  • Someone who enjoys taking ownership and using their initiative

This role may suit someone currently working as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Strategic Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, Partnerships Manager or Customer Success Manager.

The package:

  • £35,000 - £38,000 salary
  • Hybrid working (3 office / 2 home)
