Your Recruit Ltd is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to join a children and young people’s home in the London Borough of Greenwich.

You will lead shifts, supervise staff and help deliver safe, nurturing, therapeutic care.

You will support safeguarding, complete records, assist with care plans and participate in training and on-call duties.

A Level 3 qualification, a full UK driving licence and experience with challenging behaviours are required; salary £15.50–£16.00 per hour, 40 hours
