Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for IT support? Our client, a Managed Service Provider is looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join their growing team! If you have experience with Microsoft products and packages amongst others and thrive in a fast-paced support environment, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing 1st, 2nd & 3rd line IT support to internal users and external clients.
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Managing Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments.
- Logging, prioritizing, and escalating tickets as needed.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and technical support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with Microsoft products and packages (Office 365, Windows OS, Active Directory).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience in an IT support/helpdesk/service desk environment.
- Knowledge of networking, remote desktop support, and IT security is a plus!
