About YOOBIC
YOOBIC is the frontline operations platform for retail and hospitality. Leading brands use it to run store tasks, communications and learning in one app, and our AI products, Store Co-Pilot and VM Co-Pilot, help store teams execute better every day. We sell to enterprise retailers across North America, Europe and APAC.
The role
We're hiring our first Global Sales Enablement Lead. You'll build the programme that gets new Account Executives productive fast and helps every AE create their own pipeline. You'll start with our new-logo AE team, then extend to account management, solution consulting and customer success. This is a build role. You'll design our onboarding and certification from the ground up, run it, and prove it works in the numbers.
What you'll do
- Build onboarding. Design and run a 60-day programme for new AEs, with certification on pitch, discovery and MEDDPICC before they take a territory.
- Get new reps selling early. Run structured handover of inherited deals and pair each new AE with a solution consultant and an executive sponsor on first deals.
- Drive self-generated pipeline. Build the prospecting playbook, account planning approach and weekly cadence that help AEs create their own qualified opportunities.
- Raise deal quality. Set stage-exit criteria with sales managers and coach discovery, business cases and executive access to cut no-decision losses.
- Enable our AI products. Create discovery playbooks and demo standards for each AI product, and clear rules on when reps sell alone and when specialists join.
- Make it stick with managers. Equip sales managers to coach to the playbook in deal reviews and 1:1s.
- Measure everything. Own the ramp and enablement dashboard in Salesforce, tracking each hire cohort from day one.
What success looks like in year one
- First 90 days: onboarding and certification live, a ramp dashboard in Salesforce, and every new AE working a qualified opportunity.
- By month 6: new AEs ahead of plan on pipeline, and self-generated pipeline clearly rising.
- By month 12: new AEs closing their first deal within 5-6 months, staying with us, and AEs generating a quarter of their own qualified pipeline.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales enablement, sales leadership or a quota-carrying enterprise role, ideally a mix.
- A track record of measurably cutting ramp time for enterprise AEs on long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Hands-on experience with MEDDPICC or a similar qualification method, and with building prospecting playbooks.
- Comfort with data: you build and run your own Salesforce reporting and judge your work on outcomes, not activity.
- Credibility with sellers and managers. You can run a deal review as well as training session.
- Experience supporting teams across regions and time zones (North America, Europe, APAC).
Nice to have
- Background selling to retail, hospitality or other multi-site operators.
- Experience enabling teams to sell AI or newly launched products.
- French or another European language.
