YMCA Robin Hood Group is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead our dedicated team of Housing Duty Workers across our Mansfield and Ashfield accommodation buildings. Your role will involve ensuring operational standards are met, staff feel supported and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support your team with operational challenges.
  • Conduct 1-2-1s and annual appraisals.
  • Act as an escalation point for queries.
  • Facilitate activities and events for residents.
  • Ensure compliance with processes.
  • Oversee training and development.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Work on a 2-week rolling rota with advance warning of shift patterns. Rota pattern: 8am-4pm, 3pm-11pm. No weekend work required.
