The Network Team is externally focused, building awareness of Y TREE among potential clients and influential people.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Network Team, managing diaries and booking internal and external meetings.
  • Research and produce briefing materials for key meetings, and maintain team databases.
  • Manage agendas, papers and actions for meetings, and help administer events.
  • Ensure all sensitive information remains confidential.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience as an executive assistant to a fast‑paced, high‑performing team.
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation and adaptability skills.
  • Polished interpersonal skills and excellent written English for interacting with senior people.
  • Tech‑savvy, comfortable with Apple platforms, AI tools, Slack, G‑Suite; experience with Salesforce is desirable.
