Role Purpose

We are looking for a highly organised Leadership Team Executive Assistant to be the calm, coordinated centre of our senior leaders' working lives. Partnering closely with our Senior EA and the wider Admin Team, you will keep complex diaries, meetings, events and travel running seamlessly — the kind of behind-the-scenes excellence that frees a leadership team to focus on building the future of healthcare.

A Day in the Life

You will juggle competing diaries across multiple leadership team members, schedule everything from client sessions to strategic working groups and away days, and coordinate offsites and high-level partner meetings down to the last detail of venue, catering and materials. You will book complex national and international travel - visas included - keep expenses accurate and on time, and handle sensitive information with complete discretion. It is fast-paced, varied and genuinely central to how the business runs.

  • Experienced supporting multiple senior leaders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, anticipating needs before they arise
  • A natural organiser who can prioritise multiple schedules and workstreams with precision, flexibility and a high degree of attention to detail
  • A skilled, professional communicator - confident with internal teams and external partners alike, in writing and in person
  • Trusted with sensitive and confidential information across executive discussions, people-related topics and strategic projects
  • Proficient across Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Sheets), Slack, Zoom and Outlook
