Our client is seeking an organised Property Compliance & Maintenance Coordinator to manage compliance, inspections, and maintenance across a residential portfolio, ensuring smooth operations, legal compliance, and efficient service to landlords and tenants.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Manage and track all statutory compliance including Gas Safety, EICRs, and EPCs
- Coordinate maintenance issues from initial report through to completion and invoicing
- Conduct routine property inspections and produce detailed reports
- Oversee end-of-tenancy processes including check-outs, deposit returns, and dispute support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property and compliance records within the CRM system
- Liaise with landlords and tenants to provide updates and ensure a high level of customer service

- Previous experience in property management, compliance, or a similar administrative role
- Strong understanding of lettings compliance requirements (desirable)
