We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to lead contract delivery and management for a mechanical contractor based in West London. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of mechanical delivery contracts, managing relationships with public and private sector clients whilst leading and developing teams of engineers. You will be responsible for ensuring contracts are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your strategic oversight will encompass financial performance, resource allocation, risk management, and team leadership, with a focus on building long‑term client partnerships and driving operational excellence across multiple concurrent projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contract delivery across public sector clients, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, service level agreements, and regulatory requirements.
