Commercial Heating Engineer with HIU experience. My client, a rapidly growing SME Mechanical Engineering specialist, is currently recruiting for a Commercial Reactive Heating Engineer to support on various contracts and projects across London. As the Heating Engineer, you'll become part of an established team that installs and maintains large commercial and district heating systems across London.
The Heating Engineer will be required to work in and around Central, West, South London & the surrounding home counties attending communal and residential properties to install, service and repair communal heating systems including HIUs and tertiary heating systems.
HEATING ENGINEER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Attend emergency, reactive call outs across contracts within London & Home Counties
- Fault find, diagnostics, repair & install on various heating systems
- Install, service & maintenance on PPM contracts across London
- Replacing thermostatic valves, pumps, radiators and other associated equipment, repairing pipework and attending breakdowns
- Experience in diagnosing faults and issues related to LTHW, HWS & CWS systems.
- NVQ L2 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent
- Experience working on commercial boilers and plant rooms
- Commercial Gas Qualifications are desirable
- Knowledge of HIU, LTHW, HWS & CWS systems
- Full driving licence
