What you’ll be doing as a Contract Support Coordinator:
- Setting up new projects, maintaining accurate client records, and scheduling engineers, subcontractors, fleet, and logistics.
- Being the go-to person for contract enquiries, updates, quotations, reports, invoices, and project handovers.
- Managing maintenance schedules, chasing approvals, coordinating resources, and supporting engineering teams across disciplines.
- Maintaining contract compliance, documentation, certificates, RAMS, training records, and client portals.
- Reporting on performance, monitoring contract status, and continuously improving operational processes and systems
You’ll be great in this Contract Support Coordinator role if you have:
- 2+ years’ experience in contract coordination, contract administration, project coordination, scheduling or similar.
- Strong communication skills with clients, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office plus experience with CRM, job management, or project systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Knowledge of M&E, maintenance, engineering or facilities management (or a willingness to learn fast).
