Are you a detail-oriented problem solver who loves collaborating to build high-quality digital experiences? As a QA Engineer at Waracle, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our products are seamless and user-friendly. You’ll be a key collaborator who connects technical defects to real-world business value, tailoring your communication to ensure everyone—from developers to stakeholders—is on the same page. We value growth and support, and in this role, you’ll have the opportunity to not only manage your own workflows but also help welcome and onboard new team members into our QA community.

- System Health & Observability: Using logs and dashboards to investigate issues and validate system health throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Inclusive Testing (NFR): Executing tests across non-functional areas such as Accessibility, Security, and Performance to ensure our products work for everyone.
- Clear Communication: Providing concise updates in stand-ups and translating complex technical issues into accessible language for non-technical audiences.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a curious and technically-minded individual who enjoys working in a supportive, fast-paced environment. You’ll bring:
- Mobile Testing Experience: Solid experience testing mobile applications on iOS and Android.
- Automation Toolkit: Hands-on experience working with mobile automation frameworks such as Appium, Detox, or Maestro would be a bonus.
- CI/CD Knowledge: Experience using GitHub Actions to support automated test execution within the delivery pipeline.
- AI-Assisted Testing: Practical interest in using AI tools (like GitHub Copilot or Gemini) to enhance test creation and scripting efficiency.
Desirable
- Experience with cross platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter would be a bonus.
- Competency in Python would be beneficial, but not essential.
