Our client is a leading global private equity firm, with offices based in Europe and Asia. Based in their central London office, they are looking for a talented and forward-thinking PA to provide exceptional support to the Services team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of two PAs to provide exceptional support to the Services team. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage exceptionally busy calendars and varied schedules
  • Coordinate meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Arrange intricate travel bookings and itineraries across the UK and continental Europe
  • Liaise with staff across multiple, international offices
  • Ad-hoc administration for the wider team.

Candidate Specification:

  • Strong experience as a Personal Assistant (or equivalent) is essential
  • Experience in financial services, investment / asset management or similar boutique environment is desirable
  • Confident in managing complex diaries
  • Experience in organising international travel
  • A resilient, can-do attitude with the ability to manage changing priorities with confidence
  • A team player, experience working in a collegiate environment.

Additional Information:

  • Salary up to £70k depending on experience plus excellent benefits, including discretionary annual bonus
  • Central London location
  • Core hours at 9-5:30pm, flexibility to work beyond as required
  • 2 days WFH per week.
