An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager or Associate who is passionate about delivering project management with a proactive and collaborative approach. Key Responsibilities:- Support a Senior Partner Lead in the Residential Multiroom sector, particularly across the North of England.
- Assist in the development and growth of the project management team, with a strong focus on residential and commercial projects.
- Actively contribute to business development efforts to expand the project management offering.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, trusted relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Lead client-facing meetings and multi-disciplinary teams, taking full ownership of project delivery.
- Demonstrate leadership best practices and act as a role model for junior team members.
- Uphold the highest standards of professional excellence across all aspects of project management.
- Coach and mentor junior staff, supporting their growth, confidence, and development.
- Manage large-scale and/or multiple projects with key clients, while also taking hands-on responsibility for specific aspects of project delivery where needed.
- A degree in a relevant field such as project management, construction, or engineering is preferred.
- Ideally holds (or is working towards) a professional qualification such as MRICS, MCIOB, APMP, or Prince2, although support is available to gain chartered status.
- Experience managing high-value, complex projects within a consultancy environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
- Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and contribute to business growth.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commercially astute, with excellent negotiation, planning, and organisational abilities.
- Comprehensive technical project management knowledge, allowing the individual to operate as a trusted advisor within both project teams and the wider organisation.
