Fantastic opportunity to join the 4th Largest insurance provider in the UK, in Chesterfield, as a part-time temporary Receptionist/ admin assistant. This is a temp-perm role so you will be temping for 12 weeks before being offered a permanent position. The role is due to start ASAP and offers 20 hours' work each week.

Day to day Duties:

  • Support health and safety tasks like maintaining records, monitoring contractor compliance, and helping with DSE assessments.
  • Report any health and safety concerns to the appropriate team.
  • Provide reception cover during lunch breaks and holidays, greeting visitors, managing calls, and handling mail and deliveries.

  • You will be the friendly face at reception during lunch breaks and holidays, keeping things running smoothly.
