The Role
Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll take ownership of multiple planned refurbishment contracts across London, all within occupied social housing environments. Projects are varied, high-value, and purposeful, including:
- Decarbonisation programmes
- Building safety upgrades
- Compliance works
- Planned maintenance
- Damp & mould remediation
You’ll be trusted to lead from the front — managing teams, driving performance, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards while keeping residents at the heart of everything.
