Resident Liaison Officer – Warmer Homes Framework - Ealing Location: Ealing, West London Contract: Permanent / Long-Term Opportunity Sector: Social Housing / Planned Works / Energy Efficiency Framework: Warmer Homes Employer: Main Contractor We are currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join a busy and established main contractor delivering a major Warmer Homes framework in Ealing. The programme offers a minimum of three years' work, providing excellent job security and long-term stability for the successful candidate. The works will be delivered within occupied residential properties and will include a range of energy-efficiency and external refurbishment measures, including window replacements, roof replacements and external wall insulation. The Role As Resident Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with residents throughout the programme and ensuring they are fully informed and supported before, during and after works are completed. Your responsibilities will include: * Acting as the main point of contact for residents throughout the works. * Carrying out resident consultations and pre-start visits. * Explaining the proposed works, programme and timescales clearly. Keeping residents informed of progress and any changes to the programme. * Arranging access to properties and coordinating appointments * Managing resident queries, concerns and complaints professionally. * Identifying residents who may require additional support. * Carrying out post-completion visits and addressing any outstanding resident concerns. * Working closely with the established Social Value team to support wider community initiatives and project commitments. About You We are looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer with a background in social housing, planned works, refurbishment or energy-efficiency programmes. You will ideally have: * Previous experience working as an RLO on occupied residential properties. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * The ability to build positive relationships with residents and project teams. * Excellent organisational and administration skills. * A professional, approachable and empathetic manner. * The ability to manage multiple properties and resident requirements. * A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
