Work Scope
- Liaise with the Procurement Team regarding stock needs & Good Inwards
- Ensure timely, full and accurate communication with all relevant departments on any factors which will impact on delivery dates, commitments to customers, quality, etc.
- Attend daily Team meetings
- Distribution of daily work/work alongside the Team Leaders
- Ensure stock accuracy, carry on PI count, and liaise with Stock auditing
- Ensure KPIs are shared with the team
Tasks
- To book on all types of stock on to SAP system
- To monitor the progression of the plants stock check.
- Creation of inventory records for perpetual stock checks.
- Data input of perpetual stock checks in to the SAP system
- Stock investigation Physical and through SAP.
- Routine stock adjustments in SAP when necessary.
- Creation of documentation for outside processing orders.
- To accompany any testing company around the plant & offer support when needed
- Monitoring and informing the Team of any large stock discrepancies
- Cover other roles within Operations & Logistics when necessary
- To keep up to date any reports that are deemed your responsibility
- To work with any auditors regarding stock counts
- Maintain and keep up to date Test Cert and Country of Origin information.
- Liaise with QHSE Team on any “returned” items
Qualification
- Good secondary education
- Computer literacy, good numeric aptitude, attention to detail
- Preferably having worked in a similar manufacturing environment
- Industrious nature, the ability to work well with other team members, able to work well under pressure.
- SAP experience preferred
