Work Scope

  • Liaise with the Procurement Team regarding stock needs & Good Inwards
  • Ensure timely, full and accurate communication with all relevant departments on any factors which will impact on delivery dates, commitments to customers, quality, etc.
  • Attend daily Team meetings
  • Distribution of daily work/work alongside the Team Leaders
  • Ensure stock accuracy, carry on PI count, and liaise with Stock auditing
  • Ensure KPIs are shared with the team

Tasks

  • To book on all types of stock on to SAP system
  • To monitor the progression of the plants stock check.
  • Creation of inventory records for perpetual stock checks.
  • Data input of perpetual stock checks in to the SAP system
  • Stock investigation Physical and through SAP.
  • Routine stock adjustments in SAP when necessary.
  • Creation of documentation for outside processing orders.
  • To accompany any testing company around the plant & offer support when needed
  • Monitoring and informing the Team of any large stock discrepancies
  • Cover other roles within Operations & Logistics when necessary
  • To keep up to date any reports that are deemed your responsibility
  • To work with any auditors regarding stock counts
  • Maintain and keep up to date Test Cert and Country of Origin information.
  • Liaise with QHSE Team on any “returned” items

Qualification

  • Good secondary education
  • Computer literacy, good numeric aptitude, attention to detail
  • Preferably having worked in a similar manufacturing environment
  • Industrious nature, the ability to work well with other team members, able to work well under pressure.
  • SAP experience preferred
