As a

General Manager , you’ll be right at the heart of our community, the driving force behind the success of this flagship development.

You’ll take full responsibility for operations, lettings, resident satisfaction, and team leadership—making sure every detail is perfect and every resident feels at home.

Here’s what you’ll be doing

Operational & Budgetary Management

  • Lead all aspects of operational and financial management of the development
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the building and resident services
  • Create and manage budgets to ensure efficiency and value

Team Leadership & Development

  • Inspire and motivate a high-performing team with clear goals and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain talent through effective coaching, one-to-ones, and reviews.
  • Foster a positive, performance-driven culture with excellent staff engagement.

Resident Engagement & Customer Service

  • Deliver an exceptional resident experience through high-quality customer service.
  • Implement a resident engagement strategy including events, communications, and feedback.
  • Maintain outstanding levels of resident satisfaction.

• Health & Safety Compliance

  • Ensure all Health and Safety policies and procedures are followed.
  • Provide a safe environment for residents and staff.
  • Report on compliance and maintain standards across the building.

• Performance and Reporting

  • Contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly client reports
  • Deliver lettings and occupancy KPIs in line with service level agreements
  • Monitor operational performance and ensure continuous improvement

  • Comparable property management experience (residential or hospitality)
  • Strong understanding of building management and Health & Safety
  • Proven ability to manage budgets effectively

  • A track record of developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding customer service standards
  • High levels of energy, drive, and enthusiasm
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship skills
  • Ability to work proactively and use initiative in a competitive market
