We're moving away from the traditional, "hands-off" sales model. We have found that our greatest successes come when the person leading the conversation is the one who truly understands the solution. We are looking for a Solutions-Led Industry Sector Lead to take full ownership of a specific market vertical (e.g., Retail, Media, Technology). This role is designed for a Solutions Engineer or Architect who is ready to step out from behind the demo and take the lead on the entire industry strategy, territory growth, and commercial outcome. You won't just be supporting a deal; you will be the primary architect of Trigg’s growth in your sector.

You will be reporting to the CCO of the business. You will be pivotal in our next growth phase, be able to build, manage and grow relationships with customers and partners alike so you must be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels, be open, transparent and relentless in delivering value.

Responsibilities
  • Industry Strategy & Execution: Act as the "CEO" of your assigned industry, developing a go-to-market plan that leverages your technical expertise to solve specific sector challenges aligned to that industry point of view.
  • Consultative Value Engineering: Lead the engagement from initial discovery through to business value assessments and ROI analysis, ensuring the solution is rooted in technical reality and is scoped, sized and estimated with commercial value for Trigg.
  • Commercial Ownership: Consistently generate and close new business at or above quota level by being the most knowledgeable person in the room.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture deep relationships with the Salesforce ecosystem, acting as a technical peer to their industry teams.
  • Growth & Account Planning: Establish a regular cadence with existing customers to understand their evolving technical needs and architect cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Thought Leadership: Work with marketing to drive account-based lead generation, using your solution expertise to lead webinars, events, and partner communications.
Role Requirements
  • Technical Pedigree: Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B environments, specifically architecting or implementing CRM/Salesforce solutions.
  • Industry Depth: Deep knowledge of—and a passion for—the Retail, Media and High Tech sectors.
  • The "Maker" Mindset: An analytic, results-oriented self-starter who is tired of being the "support" and wants to own the "win".
  • Communication Mastery: Unmatched ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels, from developers to CEOs.
  • Precision & Detail: A methodical approach to managing your industry pipeline, utilising Salesforce to track forecasts and activities with high accuracy.
  • Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to build and deliver high-quality, solution-led presentations.
Why Transition to an Industry Lead Role?
  • Uncapped Upside: Transition from a technical salary to a Double OTE structure where your technical ability directly correlates to your earnings.
  • Authority: No more "selling the dream" and letting delivery worry about the reality—you own the vision and the handoff.
  • Personal Growth: Access a funded personal learning and development program to sharpen your commercial leadership skills.
Benefits
  • Commission Structure: A competitive, uncapped commission plan that rewards you for generating sales revenue in line with and exceeding your quota targets.
  • Health & Wellness: BUPA Private Healthcare + Cash Plan.
  • Time Off: 25 days holiday allowance + 2 wellness days.
  • Culture: Monthly team social events, Summer/Christmas parties, and "Pledge 1%" charity program.
  • Development: Funded personal learning and development program to support your transition into commercial leadership.
  • Industry Access: Opportunity to attend industry-leading events and work on increasingly challenging real-world projects.

We are a proud member of the Salesforce Talent Alliance, an equal opportunity employer, we value diversity in our environment and commit to the Pledge 1% movement to give back to our local community.

To Apply: Please attach your CV and include a short letter explaining which industry you want to lead and why your technical background makes you the best person to grow it.
