Job Title: Kitchen Manager

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food safety and quality standards, managing inventory, and coordinating with front-of-house staff.

Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and lead kitchen staff, including cooks, prep chefs, and dishwashers.
  2. Ensure the kitchen operates smoothly, adhering to food safety and quality standards.
  3. Oversee food preparation, recipe adherence, and portion control.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies and ingredients as needed.
  5. Train staff in food handling, cooking techniques, and safety procedures.
  6. Coordinate with front-of-house staff for timely food service.
  7. Address and resolve kitchen-related issues and emergencies.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in kitchen management or supervisory roles.
