Togather started life as Feast It in 2017, as a booking platform for street food caterers for birthday parties and weddings. Since then we have grown to become the UK's biggest events platform, offering food, drink, venues, photographers and more.

We help people create amazing memories on important days, from company summer parties to epic dinner parties and festivals. Built on a community of partners across the country, we have worked with Amazon, Nike, London Pride, Tom Cruise, Star Wars and Taylor Swift. The Role

The Freelance Event Producers work with our Event Production team and report to one of our two Event Leads. They work with a variety of clients, including IMG, Boiler Room, RHS, Broadwick Live and Krankbrother, delivering events across sectors such as music festivals, Christmas light trails, fireworks shows, plane shows and cultural events.

The role involves working with the supply team to create curated, top‑quality F&B line‑ups for these events, whether that means running a single street food area or delivering F&B across the entire event. They ensure all supplier details are up to date and correct; licenses, h&s checks, allergen charts, take site payments where needed and manage them onsite from load in to load out.

Requirements

  • Experience working on large scale greenfield events
  • Thrives while working on‑site at events, whether its a weekend, late night or early morning!
  • Previously managed multiple F&B traders onsite
  • Highly organised and tech savvy. Our platform, tech & automation are at the heart of what we do
  • Have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship
