We're supporting a large-scale Workday HCM implementation and are looking for several experienced Data Engineers to join the programme immediately. This is a hands-on role working alongside senior stakeholders and delivery partners to support data migration, transformation and integration activities, helping ensure the successful delivery of a critical HR transformation programme.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting data migration and transformation activities for a Workday HCM implementation
- Designing and building data pipelines and ETL processes
- Extracting, cleansing, transforming and loading data into Workday
- Working closely with business, HR and technology stakeholders to resolve data quality challenges
- Supporting data validation, reconciliation and testing activities
- Collaborating with implementation partners and programme teams to meet delivery milestones
- Helping establish robust migration and governance processes
What we're looking for:
- Strong Python development experience
- Proven Data Engineering experience on enterprise-scale programmes
- Deep SQL and relational database expertise
- Strong ETL development and data transformation experience
- Experience working on complex data migration programmes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
- Previous Workday implementation experience
- Experience supporting HR, HCM or workforce-related data migrations
- Exposure to large-scale transformation programmes
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure or GCP)
