Responsibilities
- Leading a team of cross departmental people, to acquire customers across multiple digital platforms.
- Design, build, test and implement new campaigns with the team.
- Measure all acquisition methods end to end using GA / heat maps / usability testing & session recording.
- Driving acquisition mainly through social marketing channels – YouTube / Facebook and Instagram.
- Seeding content on content distribution networks like Medium, Flipboard and other social reach channels.
- Creating groups, creating followers in Pinterest, Instagram and all other social media channels.
- Paid PPC on Google SEM, Google Shopping, Bing and other paid marketing channels.
- Test campaign and experiment with new and innovative ideas.
- Guide, support, train and develop the team members to better understand conversion.
- Using, learning and developing a deep understanding of conversion rate optimisation.
- Focused on conversion rate optimisation best practices and rapidly implementing.
- Influence every aspect of the strategy, manage the execution, from the construction of the proposition, the channel of delivery, messaging and customer segmentation and targeting.
- Responsible for developing a deep understanding of the customers and their needs, and optimising the acquisition channels for high growth.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining a highly metrics driven approach.
- Utilising the metrics approach to build multiple campaigns daily, testing and growing the database.
- Focused on growth hacking through a methodical, focused testing approach.
- Collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders to execute CRO based treatments to existing campaigns, new campaigns and the current websites.
- Keeping abreast with the latest news in growth hacking, CRO and the psychology of a customer.
- Embedding a defined MVP process and installing a culture of testing and process dependent approach.
- A keen desire to truly understand how to create ‘need’ and being able to deliver this through language.
