ROLE: We are looking for a full-time Web Designer to join our rapidly growing team located in Ruislip, London. Working under the direction of our Senior Web Designer, you will have considerable influence on the ongoing development of our website and emailing marketing material including graphic design and optimization, web usability, and interface design. Additionally, you will assist with the production of offline marketing materials to include printed materials, brochures, media, packaging, and e-commerce marketing. You will work closely with our Marketing team in the design and production of online graphics and print collaterals, and to ensure that current marketing campaigns are accurately reflected on our website. The environment is very fast paced and deadline driven; the ideal candidate will be goal driven and focused in achieving design objectives in tight timeframes.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary job responsibility is to create and coordinate the activities of the company’s website and its marketing materials. Strong focus on website design and online collateral.

Creation of: Email blasts, Website Banners, Animated Banners, Website Graphics, Printed collateral for direct marketing, Affiliate Banners, Office marketing materials, Putting together HTML emails.
REQUIREMENTS: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, Animated GIFs and Flash. Passion for web page creation and web creatives essential. Minimum 2 years web design work experience, offline experience also beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field. Experience with B2B and B2C, and packaging would be a benefit. Previous experience in an e-commerce environment strongly desired, but web design and creative experience essential. Experience with corporate identity and logo creation. Proficiency with multiple design software (i.e. Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop, QuarkXpress, Go Live, Fireworks, Front Page, Freehand, Dreamweaver). Familiarity with website usability/information architecture, Web 2.0. Experience creating small and large format print work. Some understanding of the printing process including colour management, pre-press, pre-flight, films/plates, paper selection, etc. Innovative, creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent written and oral English communication skills. Exemplary organizational skills with attention to detail. Self-driven and focused individual. Positive, customer-focused attitude. Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritises, and works well under very tight deadlines. A passion for design and web work is essential with a proven portfolio of web work and a desire to disrupt.
